Noriko is a basi comprehensive certified instructor (an international recognition pilates organisation) who first discovered Pilates when she suffered from post-natal depression in early 2016. Soon after she started pilates, she found that her personal condition changed gradually both physically and mentally. Pilates strengthen not only her body but also her mind and gives her energy to live as a mother of an infant. She soon started taking a course at basi pilates teacher training course to become a Pilates instructor. She became so passionate about the main principals of pilates, which awareness, balance, breath, precision, concentration and more. She believes that she can encourage her clients to meet their own goals by paying close attention to their condition continuously to lead them to a healthy and better life. Aside from pilates, she loves all kinds of animals and being in the nature.
Our studio is a fully equipped, boutique studio located in corner of Petrarch Avenue Vaucluse. We offer private pilates session. In the first session we provide initial consultation before we start session. By the initial consultation result, Initial Consultations are important for us to gain your history, assess where you are currently at and best plan your program with you moving forward. We like to get to know you so we can provide to right customized program based on their individual needs and goals. We use this acquired knowledge to implement a movement system that enables
people to find true balance and strength.
At Studio Hinata Pilates , you are given personalized attention, safe and guidance- You will never be thrown into a crowded class and left to fend for yourself. We pride ourselves on listening to your fitness goals and helping you achieve them with a specialized workout plan.
With many different types of equipment and more than 500 exercises to choose from in the Pilates repertoire, there is always variety. No two lessons are exactly the same and exercises can be modified and adapted to challenge different bodies. All ages, abilities and fitness levels will benefit from this workout.
• Pilates exercises focus on quality of movement, training your body parts to work synergistic ally with one another. Breathing is emphasized to develop a mind/body connection. Pilates teaches your body to move with strength and efficiency, leading to an overall healthier, stronger, more focused mind and body. This more balanced body is better able to resist injury brought on by sports, exercise and day-to-day life.

Cancellation Policy
For both Private Sessions and Group Sessions, cancellations must be handled by the studio. If you need to cancel, please contact us via email, text, or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session fee.
Schedule Changes:
For Private Sessions, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance via email, text, or phone to make any changes.
For Group Sessions, please make schedule changes directly through our website at studiohinatapilates.com.au at least 24 hours before the session.
Refund Policy:
We generally do not offer refunds for session fees. However, if there are exceptional circumstances that require a refund, please contact us directly. Please note that refunds will be processed after deducting a processing fee (usually 4-5% of the paid amount).
Medical Clearance Requirement
For the safety and well-being of all participants, we kindly request that clients who are pregnant or have specific medical conditions (such as cancer, stroke, osteoporosis, or are in post-surgical recovery) provide medical clearance from their healthcare provider before beginning Pilates sessions. This ensures that we can offer the most appropriate and safe exercises tailored to your needs.
